“Cet été, j’ai fait du Reiki pour la toute première fois avec un maître du domaine. Ça aura eu pour impact de m’ouvrir à ma spiritualité et intensifier ma relation positive avec mon monde intérieur. (…) Je suis arrivée au studio pleine d’appréhensions. J’étais prête à ce qu’il se débarrasse de toute énergie négative en moi. J’étais prête à devenir un nouvel être. Beaucoup d’attentes pour une première séance; je n’ai pas été déçue. (…) J’avais peur qu’il me dise que tout était en désordre et que j’étais une cause énergétique perdue. Moins pire que ça; tel un docteur, il a déclaré un « diagnostic » de chakra du coeur bloqué et un chakra de la couronne confus. (…) Quand il est arrivé au chakra du coeur, mon noeud de l’épaule gauche a commencé à se crisper d’avantage. Comme si aucune émotion ou souvenir négatif ne voulait s’échapper.
