• Introduction to Blue Lotus: Kathryn & Tristen will guide you through the history and profound benefits of the Blue Lotus, a sacred flower known for its calming, uplifting, and third eye opening properties. Known for its ability to enhance meditation, improve mental clarity, and promote inner peace, the Blue Lotus is revered for its ability to connect us to higher states of consciousness.

• Reiki Healing: After the ceremony, relax into a deep state of peace as Kathryn & Tristen provide group and individual Reiki healing. Reiki helps to balance your energy, clear blockages, and restore your body and mind to a state of harmony.

• What to Bring: For optimal comfort, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any other items that will help you feel relaxed (pillows or cushions are welcome!).
