We'll close the evening with a restorative sound journey, designed to help you integrate the wisdom of the moon, astrology, and tarot while deeply relaxing your body and mind.

What to Bring: A water bottle to stay hydrated. A journal and pen (or feel free to use your phone for digital journaling). Your favourite tarot or oracle deck (optional — Tristen will have extra decks available to borrow). You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, or bolster; we will also have some available. Comfortable clothing is recommended, as the evening includes relaxation and guided inner work.
